Accessibility Statement

Bluetech Digital, S.L. aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across our website and course platform. In practice we work to ensure:

• Semantic HTML structure with a single, logical heading hierarchy on every page.
• Keyboard access to all interactive elements, with visible focus indicators.
• Colour contrast that meets or exceeds AA thresholds for text and interface elements.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
• Respect for the "reduce motion" operating system preference.
• Captions on course videos and downloadable transcripts for each module.

This statement applies to https://yourac.online and the Northmere Academy student platform. We consider the site partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: most of the site meets the standard, and the exceptions listed below are known, tracked and scheduled.

• Standard applied: WCAG 2.1 level AA, in line with EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
• Last assessment: 17 August 2026, by our own product team.
• Method: automated auditing (axe-core, Lighthouse) combined with manual keyboard-only testing and screen-reader spot checks (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS).

Accessibility of this site relies on the following technologies working with your browser and any assistive technology you use:

• HTML5 with ARIA where native semantics are not sufficient
• CSS for presentation, with support for reduced-motion and high-contrast settings
• JavaScript for interactive components such as menus, accordions and dialogs

The site is tested against current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile, and remains readable at 200% browser zoom and at 320 px viewport width.

Despite our efforts, the following areas may present barriers:

• Payment checkout: the card form is rendered by our third-party payment processor. We have limited control over its markup and rely on the vendor's own accessibility conformance report.
• Older course videos: a small number of early lessons have machine-generated captions pending human review. Full transcripts are available for every module today.
• Complex diagrams: some workflow diagrams currently carry short alt text; long-form text descriptions are being added module by module.

If any of these affect you, contact us and we will supply the content in an accessible format promptly and free of charge.

Accessibility is reviewed as part of every significant release, combining automated checks with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. Reported barriers are triaged within five business days and prioritised according to their impact on learners. Remediation targets are 30 days for critical barriers that block access to purchased content, and 90 days for other issues.

If any part of the course is inaccessible to you, contact us and we will provide the material in an alternative format — for example a transcript, a plain-text worksheet, an audio description or a guided walkthrough by email or telephone — at no additional cost.

If the outcome still does not resolve the barrier, you may bring the matter to the Spanish Office of Accessibility (Oficina de Atención a la Discapacidad, OADIS) or the Dirección General de Consumo of the Comunidad de Madrid, or to the equivalent authority in your EU member state.
